As a responsible employer we are committed especially to support especially our junior staff.

We therefore offer our employees and future managers a high quality job training in several training sections. We also help interested parties with further education and evening studies.

Most of our trainees are taken on after having successfully completed their job training. The professional development of our employees is very important to us and is much encouraged.

Every new vacancy is looked at to see whether it can be filled internally. All of our employees therefore have the possibility to follow a new career path and have a chance of promotion.

In close collaboration with the local school we regularly offer the chance of traineeships to the young and interested, which can last between one and twelve months, depending on what type of school involved.

By this means the potential trainees receive a first impression of some world of work and also the option to get to know the different working areas. Some of our one year trainees have the possibility of completing their education with us.

Printer (Flexo printing and relief printing)
Warehouse logistic specialists

Our company is firmly rooted locally, most noteably through our employees, most of whom live nearby, and of which a high percentage have been working for us for more than 10 years.

The welfare of our employees is an important feature of our company philosophy. Therefore it is a particular concern to give help where needed. If necessary we can take care of private matters, such as flat hunting for single parents, and together we find solutions for the working hours of single parents.
